The farms in Upstate New York are abundant with delicious fruits so make your sangria with whatever strikes your fancy and whatever is in season.  Enjoy with summer fruits or with a group of friends after apple picking in the Fall.

1 750ml bottle of dry white wine

6 cups of Sparkling wine

1 cup Upstate Vodka

¼ cup Ginger Liqueur

Wash and dice apples and place in a punch bowl.  Pour all other ingredients over the apples and add ice to chill.  Tip: for parties or large gatherings, don’t put the ice in the punch. Serve over ice in the glass. Enjoy!
