During the summer months, try the spiced cider chilled, garnished with mint and served in a tall glass full of ice for a delightful alternative.  In the Fall you can serve chilled or warm depending on your mood and the weather.

Spiced Cider Cocktail

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Chai Tea Syrup

2 oz of Apple Cider

2 oz of Upstate Vodka

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
To make chai tea syrup: Use 8 chai tea bags and brew with 8oz of boiling water. After about 5 minutes, remove tea bags and add one cup of sugar and stir until dissolved.
