- 1 oz Spiced rum
- ½ oz Ginger Infused simple syrup
- Sparkling wine
Method
Shake vodka, rum and ginger syrup in a shaker. Strain over ice, top with Sparkling wine. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy!
