Orchard Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • ½ oz Triple sec

Method

Shake vodka and lime juice and strain into a mule glass.  Fill with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and mint. Enjoy!

Sauvage Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 oz Apple Cinnamon infused simple syrup (1:1) (To make simple syrup: Infuse 3 oz sugar and 3oz water with apple cinnamon tea. Put all three ingredients into a tea mug and put in the microwave for 1 min. Let steep for 4 minutes)
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice

Method

 

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass/tin. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish. Enjoy!

Upstate Highball

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 oz Starlino Rose Aperitivo Finish w/ Ginger beer (1 1/2 oz)
  • 0.5 Oz simple syrup (2:1)
  • 1.5 Oz strawberry purée
  • 1.5 Oz Upstate Vodka

Method

Add all ingredients to an ice filled Highball glass. Garnish. Enjoy!

Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 750ml bottle of dry white wine
  • 6 cups of Sparkling wine
  • 1 cup Upstate Vodka
  • ¼ cup Ginger Liqueur

Method

Wash and dice apples and place in a punch bowl.  Pour all other ingredients over the apples and add ice to chill.  Tip: for parties or large gatherings, don’t put the ice in the punch. Serve over ice in the glass. Enjoy!

Bindery Lane Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz matcha infused simple syrup (1:1) (To make simple syrup: Infuse 3 oz sugar and 3oz water with Matcha green tea . Put all three ingredients into a tea mug and put in the microwave for 1 min. Let steep for 4 minutes)
  • 1 oz Coconut milk
  • 2 oz Soda water

Method

Add all ingredients (except the soda water) to a mixing glass/tin. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Collins glass. Finish with Soda water. Garnish with green tea powder on rim or top of foam. Enjoy!

Story House Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Fever tree Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz  Sparkling Wine or Prosecco

Method

Add all ingredients except Sparkling wine into a Boston Shaker. Stir gently until mixed.  Strain into cocktail glass and top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with Lime Wheel and Sage.  Enjoy!

Upstate French

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Upstate Vodka
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • Sparkling wine

Method

Shake vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup and strain over ice.  Top with Sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon slice. Enjoy!

Apple Ginger Rocks

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 oz Spiced rum
  • ½ oz Ginger Infused simple syrup
  • Sparkling wine

Method

Shake vodka, rum and ginger syrup in a shaker.  Strain over ice, top with Sparkling wine.  Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy!

Elderflower Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz St. Germain or Hibiscus syrup
  • 2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • Sparkling water to fill a highball glass (it depends on the glass. Probably around 3 or 4 oz)

Method

Add Upstate vodka, lemon juice and St. Germain to Boston shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain and pour into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Mexican Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 0.25 Oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
  • 0.5 Oz Mr. Black or other coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 Oz Ancho Reyes chili liqueur
  • 1.0 Oz espresso or concentrated cold brew
  • 1.5 Oz Upstate Vodka

Method

Long shake 20 seconds & double strain into sour coupe glass
Garnish: 3 coffee or espresso beans

Butterfly Peacock

Ingredients

  • Barspoon of Orgeat
  • 0.5 butterfly pea flower simple syrup (2:1)
  • 1 Oz Upstate Vodka
  • 0.25 Oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 Honey syrup (3:1)
  • 0.5 St. Germain elderflower liquor

Method

Using boiling water, create a 2:1 simple syrup with 8 oz of boiling water to 16 oz sugar. Once off the heat, steep the hot 2:1 simple syrup with 12-15 dried butterfly pea flowers for 20 minutes. Strain the flowers and let syrup cool before use.
Shake the orgeat, butterfly pea flower simple syrup, and Upstate Vodka for 10 seconds & double strain into Collins glass with ice, add a splash of soda leaving 1 inch from the rim of glass creating room for the contents in the shot glass.
In a separate shot glass, add the lemon juice, honey syrup, and elderflower liquor. Pour the shot into the Collins glass after serving, stir and enjoy the color changing show.
Garnish: Expressed lemon twist.

Cranberry Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 oz Upstate Vodka

Method

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Spiced Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Chai Tea Syrup
  • 2 oz of Apple Cider
  • 2 oz of Upstate Vodka

Method

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
To make chai tea syrup: Use 8 chai tea bags and brew with 8oz of boiling water. After about 5 minutes, remove tea bags and add one cup of sugar and stir until dissolved.

Pumpkin Spice Sour

Ingredients

  • 0.75 Oz Maple Syrup
  • 0.75 Oz Lemon juice
  • One egg white
  • 1.5 Oz Upstate Vodka
  • Rim Coupe glass in pumpkin spice/sugar blend

Method

Rim coupe glass around outside edges with pumpkin spice mixture (equal parts pumpkin spice and sugar) and set aside. In Boston shaker, pour lemon juice, maple syrup and Upstate Vodka. Add ice to small tin. Shake for about 30 seconds or until well chilled. Strain mixture back into small tin and discard ice. In large tin add one egg white. Combine shakers WITHOUT ice and shake again for thirty seconds. Pour contents into rimmed coupe glass without using a strainer.

War of Roses

Ingredients

  • 2 dashes rose water
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 Oz simple syrup (2:1)
  • 1.5 Oz strawberry purée
  • 1.5 Oz Upstate Vodka

Method

Shake 10 seconds & double strain into Collins glass with ice, top with soda and stir 2x with barspoon.
Garnish: Lemon rose for the inspired or expressed lemon twist.
